How to use Resistance Bands
One of the main advantages of resistance bands over other forms of strength training is that they are so easy to use. Most products come with instructions, but here are some additional guidelines to make sure your workouts are as safe and productive as possible.
Resistance band sets usually comprise of handles and interchangeable cables. You then add or subtract cables of varying strengths to adjust the workload.
